FERROSORP® S – HIGH-EFFICIENCY Hâ‚‚S REMOVAL MEDIA
FerroSorp® S is a pelletised gas purification compound with a high amorphous iron hydroxide content, offering strong reactivity and selectivity toward hydrogen sulphide and high removal efficiency. It delivers high loading rates, low pressure drop, and outlet concentrations as low as 0 ppm Hâ‚‚S (even into the ppb levels for some applications).

How It Works: FerroSorp® S is used in fixed, or moving-bed reactors, where it reacts with Hâ‚‚S to form solid iron sulphide. A second reaction, using dosed air or oxygen, regenerates the media by converting sulphides to elemental sulphur, thereby maintaining maximum efficiency.
